So I got a new camera and a football game broke out… 🙂
I LOVE LOVE LOVE photographing football, and I’m very glad that we are doing everything we can in this state to keep on playing it.
On a recent assignment for The Knoxville News Sentinel I photographed the Maryville at Bearden football game. Things went well for Maryville and not so good for Bearden.
Notes for photographer friends: I had just received my brand new Canon R6 so we had a few “dummy behind the camera issues”, but it all turned out very well. I really, really, really like this camera! It’s high ISO performance is extraordinary, but Bearden’s field has such good lighting I did not have much of a chance to push it. Most everything was shot with the Sigma 120-300 Sports version.
