Knoxville Architecture Photographer

I recently completed a long term architectural photography project at Clear Springs Apartments here in Knoxville. It was photographed for both the architecture firm, Design Innovation Architects, and the property owner, LHP Capital, and it’s an awesome example of how well great collaboration and cost sharing can greatly benefit everyone involved.

I spent about a year on this project and it was great to see the transformation from old to new. It really looks like a completely new complex!

We “threw about everything” into this project, from basic interiors with different types of staging to aerial photographs to “before” pictures to exterior images. There was lot to keep up with as far as the timelines went, but it really turned out well!

On one of my first site visits with the architects, I quickly realized that the transformation of the exteriors was going to be something pretty spectacular and I wanted to come up with a way to really show that off. With a bit of planning and way too much technological mumbo jumbo, here’s what I came up with. 🙂
